MINUTES OF DISCUSSION:
 RE- SCHEDULE OF PLANNING AND MAKING OF WEEKLY PROGRAM AND ACTIVITY GUIDE (WPAG) FOR
3 AND 4 YRS. OLD
- Schedule of planning and making of WPAG based on LRP is every 1st & 3rd Monday of the month starting
March 6
- Grouping in making LRP is based on grouping last seminar with Mam Arlene. This was indicated in the
minutes of meeting last January. Group 3 will be divided into 2 and will join group 1 and group 2.
- Distribution of work: One week session plan should be submitted per CDWs
 READING OF PROPOSALS FOR THE FEDERATION
- The content was formed based on the consolidated proposals from the members of the federation.
 READING OF CONTENT OF POLICIES AND BY LAWS
- The content of Policy and By Laws was adopted from the By Laws composed and authored by the ECCD
Focal Ms. Ana Bartolome and was agreed by the members.
- Ms. Vivian del Rosario and Ms. Victoria Regalado reacted and suggested that the regular plantilla should
be given based on the seniority or length of service of a CDW.
- All the members should pay 50 pesos as one time membership fee and will be used to open a bank
account of the federation and the 200 pesos will be collected within a year to be used as revolving fund to
finance the needs of the federation.
- The division of cash prize particularly in volleyball is 30-70. The 70% goes to the Volleyball players and the
30% goes to the federation
- Suggested Contribution for the retirees is based on length of service
P100.00 for 5 – 9 yrs in service P150.00 for 15 – 19 yrs in service
P125.00 for 10 – 14 yrs in service P200.00 for 20 yrs in service
  FEEDBACKS ON DISASTER DUTY - (POBLACION FIRE)
- The members on duty at the evacuation center successfully accomplished their tasks
- A house parent of CSWD office was featured at the FB page of FYI Imus Netizen of Mr. Allan Abella bashed
and criticized by the anonymous netizens regarding of taking home relief good issue.
- CDWs were reminded not to engaged or involved in such issues that will affect the personality and
credibility of being a Child Development Worker.
 Financial Report
 Total amount of P20, 000 were collected for the initial payment of field uniforms. Those with balances must
be settled before the delivery of uniforms.

OTHER MATTERS
 IPCR were distributed by the ECCD focal Ms. Ana A. Bartolome to each CDWs for signature.
 She reminded the CDWs that as admin officer and ECCD focal, she has to supervise the federation, take care of
of the payroll, SFP and neighborhood play.
 GMRC must be observed to all public servants whatever your position is.
