SUBJECT : PREPARATION FOR THE LAUNCHING OF CHED

PROJECTS

1. The Commission on Higher Education will be launching its projects in IFSU on

March 24, 2023. We are expecting visitors from CHED Central such as
Commissioner Prospero de Vera III, CHED-RO director, presidents of state
colleges and universities and executives of LGUs. Relative to this activity, all
Colleges are required to enhance and beautify their respective buildings and
surrounding areas.
2. For CHS, the faculty members, class advisers and students of BSN 1 to BSN
3 shall ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the Nursing Skills Laboratory
building and the external areas. General cleaning is scheduled on March 22,
2023.
3. All RLE groups (BSN 2) will report to school on March 22, 2023.
4. Ms. Cheryline D. Allama & Ms. Marichu N. Gugyuyon shall facilitate this
activity in coordination with Ms. Dona Ruth B. Morales and Ms. Harlene Rose
R. Cayat.
5. For a greener and welcoming atmosphere, we are soliciting flowers and green
plants (indoor or outdoor plants). We are optimistic that this request will merit
your favorable action.
6. A touch of purple vibes in the building/rooms/offices is recommended. Present
your suggestions to the chairpersons.
7. The areas of assignment are as follows:

advisers/clinical instructors
