To Whom it May Concern:

I have known Caitlin Usher since 2018, and during this time, I had the pleasure of
working with her for three years. Having had the opportunity to work with Caitlin in a variety of
environments, I have witnessed both her personal and professional development. In her
supervisory roles at Mackay’s No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart, she was responsible for an
array of tasks that allowed her to develop a fundamental set of versatile skills.  
I am continuously impressed by her ability to take on the responsibility of facilitating
teamwork and her capacity to mentor colleagues. Caitlin never shies away from the challenges
that often come with leadership roles and has used her experiences to aid her personal
development. Through her leadership roles, Caitlin has established a large versatile skill set,
including critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and time
management skills. Along with her extensive skill set, she has a hardworking nature and
conscientious attitude that would allow her to excel in any profession.
