BRH_CJENIK ENERGETSKOG I CELULOZNOG DRVA _ 2019.

Banovina Raafourty Holding d.o.o. u suradnji s Raafourty d.d. putem njegove Podružnice
Rujevac prodaje drvnu sječku standardne kvalitete uz slijedeće komercijalne uvjete:

(1) Cijena

(1.1) Tvrde listače

(1.1.1) Energetsko drvo _ Drvna sječka od tvrdih listača
= 111,26 €/atrot za 0% vlažnosti, pri čemu se jedinična cijena umanjuje za 1% za
svakih 1% vlažnosti na mokroj osnovi.
Pojašnjenje: Pod pretpostavkom da je izmjerena vlažnost biomase prilikom isporuke
40% cijena se utvrđuje kako slijedi: 111,26 €/atrot x 60% = 66,75 €/t.
(1.1.2) Energetsko drvo _ Višemetrica tvrdih listača (neotkorena)
= cijena drvne sječke (1) umanjena za 8% ® 111,26 €/atrot x 92% =
= 102,36 €/atrot za 0% vlažnosti, pri čemu se jedinična cijena umanjuje za 1% za
svakih 1% vlažnosti na mokroj osnovi.
Pojašnjenje: Pod pretpostavkom da je izmjerena vlažnost biomase prilikom isporuke
40% cijena se utvrđuje kako slijedi: 102,36 €/atrot x 60% = 61,41 €/t.
(1.1.3) Celulozno drvo _ Višemetrica tvrdih listača Ø = od 8 cm do 60 cm (neotkorena)
= 56,50 €/m3 s tim da prosječna vlažnost drva ne prelazi 45% na mokroj osnovi.

(1.2) Meke listače

(1.2.1) Energetsko drvo _ Drvna sječka od mekih listača
= 100,42 €/atrot za 0% vlažnosti, pri čemu se jedinična cijena umanjuje za 1% za
svakih 1% vlažnosti na mokroj osnovi.
Pojašnjenje: Pod pretpostavkom da je izmjerena vlažnost biomase prilikom isporuke
40% cijena se utvrđuje kako slijedi: 100,42 €/atrot x 60% = 60,25 €/t.
(1.2.2) Energetsko drvo _ Višemetrica mekih listača (neotkorena)
= cijena drvne sječke (1) umanjena za 8% ® 100,42 €/atrot x 92% =
= 92,39 €/atrot za 0% vlažnosti, pri čemu se jedinična cijena umanjuje za 1% za svakih
1% vlažnosti na mokroj osnovi.
Pojašnjenje: Pod pretpostavkom da je izmjerena vlažnost biomase prilikom isporuke
40% cijena se utvrđuje kako slijedi: 92,39 €/atrot x 60% = 55,43 €/t.
(1.2.3) Celulozno drvo _ Višemetrica mekih listača Ø = od 8 cm do 60 cm (neotkorena)
= 51,00 €/m3 s tim da prosječna vlažnost drva ne prelazi 45% na mokroj osnovi.

(1.3) Drvo za pelete

Drvna sječka ili višemetrica za proizvodnju peleta pripremljena za isporuku prema
posebnoj specifikaciji sortimenata = cijena drvne sječke (1.1.1) i (1.2.1) ili višemetrice
(1.1.2) i (1.2.2) uvećana za 10%.

(2) Uvjeti prodaje

(2.1) Obračun AMT i PDV, usklađenje cijena i tečaj

(2.1.1) Navedene cijene se uvećavaju za 10% na ime administrativno manipulativnih
troškova (AMT).
(2.1.2) Navedene cijene su iskazane bez PDV-a.
(2.1.3) Navedene cijene vrijede fco. Proizvodno logistički centar u Rujevcu.
(2.1.4) Cijene se na početku svake godine usklađuju prema stopi promjene cijena na
malo, a prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku.
(2.1.5) Cijene iskazane u eurima se preračunavaju u kune po srednjem tečaju HNB.

(2.2) Mjerenje vlažnosti i mase

(2.2.1) Vlažnost i masa isporučene drvne biomase se mjere u kamionu kupca na kolnoj
vagi u Rujevcu (50 tonska kolna vaga Mettler Toledo certificirana od strane Državnog
zavoda za mjeriteljstvo).

(2.3) Rezervacija proizvodnje

(2.3.1) Moguće je izvršiti rezervaciju određene količine proizvodnje putem “Godišnjeg
ugovora” pri čemu se kupcu može odobriti rabat najviše do visine administrativno
manipulativnih troškova (AMT). U slučaju kupnje po “Godišnjem ugovoru” kupac na
početku svake kalendarske godine uplaćuje depozit i dostavlja odgovarajuću
bankarsku garanciju prema jednom od 2 moguća modela:
(2.3.1.1) Depozit u visini 15% vrijednosti ugovorene godišnje isporuke
uvećano za PDV + bankarska garancija za 15% ugovorene godišnje isporuke.
(2.3.1.2) Depozit u visini 25% vrijednosti ugovorene godišnje isporuke
uvećano za PDV, pri čemu kupac nije obvezan dostaviti bankarsku garanciju.
(2.3.2) U slučaju otkaza “Godišnjeg ugovora” prije njegovog ugovorenog prestanka
Kupac je dužan platiti otkaznu odštetu u visini 10% vrijednosti ugovorene godišnje
isporuke uvećano za PDV, a koja će se naplatiti iz depozita i/ili bankarske garancije.
(2.3.3) Raafourty d.d. će na zahtjev Kupca deponirati robu Kupca u svom Proizvodno
logističkom centru u Rujevcu na izdvojenom/označenom mjestu uz naknadu u iznosu
od 0,15 €/m3/mjesec, bez obzira o kojem sortimentu drva se radi.
(2.3.4) Ukoliko kupac nije zaključio “Godišnji ugovor” ili želi preuzeti količinu veću od
ugovorene/rezervirane tada nema pravo na rabat.
(2.3.5) Ugovorenu isporuku Raafourty d.d. garantira zadužnicom na iznos jednak
uplaćenom depozitu, uvećano za ugovorenu otkaznu odštetu.

Banovina Raafourty Holding d.o.o. in cooperation with Raafourty d.d. via its subsidiary
Rujevac sells standard quality woodchips under the following commercial terms:

(1) Price

(1.1) Hardwood
(1.1.1) Hardwood woodchips
= 111.26 €/t atro for 0% humidity, whereby the unit price decreases by 1% for every
1% humidity on a wet basis.
Explanation: Assuming that the measured humidity of biomass when delivered is 40%,
the price is determined as follows: 111.26 €/t atro x 60% = 66.75 €/t.
(1.1.2) Hardwood logs (barked wood)
= wood chips price (1) minus 8% ® 111.26 €/t atro x 92% =
= 102.36 €/t atro for 0% humidity, with the unit price decreasing by 1% for every 1% of
moisture on a wet basis.
Explanation: Assuming the measured humidity of the biomass when delivered is 40%,
the price is determined as follows: 102.36 €/t atro x 60% = 61.41 €/t.
(1.1.3) Cellulose wood_Hardwood logs Ø = 8 cm to 60 cm (barked wood)
= 56.50 €/m3 with the average wood humidity not exceeding 45 % on a wet basis.

(1.2) Softwood
(1.2.1) Softwood woodchips
= 100.42 €/t atro for 0% humidity, whereby the unit price decreases by 1% for every
1% humidity on wet basis.
Explanation: Assuming the measured humidity of the biomass when delivered is 40%,
the price is determined as follows: 100.42 €/t atro x 60% = 60.25 €/t.
(1.2.2) Softwood logs (barked)
= wood chips price (1) minus 8% ® 100.42 €/t atro x 92% =
= 92.39 €/t atro at 0% humidity, with the unit price decreasing by 1% for every 1%
humidity on a wet basis.
Explanation: Assuming that the measured humidity of biomass when delivered is 40%,
the price is determined as follows: 92.39 €/t atro x 60% = 55.43 €/t.
(1.2.3) Cellulose wood_Softwood logs Ø = 8 cm to 60 cm (barked wood)
= 51.00 €/m3 with the average wood humidity not exceeding 45 % on a wet basis.

(1.3) Wood for pellets

Wood chips or logs according to the specification for pellet production = the price of
wood chips (1.1.1) and (1.2.1) or logs (1.1.2) and (1.2.2) increased by 10%.

(2) Terms of sale

(2.1) Calculation of AMT and VAT, price alignment and exchange course
(2.1.1) The aforementioned prices are increased by 10% for administrative handling
costs (AMT).
(2.1.2) These prices are expressed without VAT.
(2.1.3) Prices are valid for FCO Raafourty Production Logistic Center in Rujevac.
(2.1.4) Prices are adjusted at the beginning of each year at the rate of change in retail
prices, according to the data of the Central Bureau of Statistics.
(2.1.5) Prices expressed in euros are translated into HRK at the CNB's middle rate.

(2.2) Measurement of humidity and mass

(2.2.1) The moisture and mass of delivered wood biomass is measured in the buyer’s
truck on the weighbridge in Rujevac (50 tons weighbridge Mettler Toledo certified by
the State Bureau of Metrology).

(2.3) Production reservation

(2.3.1) It is possible to make a reservation of a certain amount of production through
an “Annual Contract", whereby the customer can be granted a rebate up to the amount
of administrative handling costs (AMT). In the case of a purchase under the "Annual
Contract", the customer will pay the deposit at the beginning of each calendar year
and submit the appropriate bank guarantee according to one of the 2 possible models:
(2.3.1.1) Deposits in the amount of 15% of the contracted annual delivery
plus VAT + bank guarantee for 15% of the contracted annual delivery.
(2.3.1.2) Deposit in the amount of 25% of the contracted annual delivery
plus VAT, whereby the buyer is not obliged to submit a bank guarantee.
(2.3.2) In the event of early termination of the "Annual Contract", the Buyer is liable to
pay termination compensation in the amount of 10% of the value of the agreed annual
delivery plus VAT which will be collected from the deposit and/or bank guarantee.
(2.3.3) At the Buyers request, Raafourty d.d. will deposit the Buyers goods in its
Production Logistic Center in Rujevac at a separate marked site for a fee of 0.15 € per
month per m3, regardless of wood type.
(2.3.4) If the Buyer has not concluded an "Annual Contract" or wants to take over the
amount greater than the contracted / reserved, he is not entitled to a rebate.
(2.3.5) Raafourty d.d. guarantees contracted delivery by issuing a debenture in the
amount equal to the paid deposit, increased for contracted cancellation fees.
