RATIONALE

Due to the endlessly growing new technologies, the traditional way of obtaining
important documents and credentials in barangays are becoming slow and
outdated. The barangay currently used a manual process in issuing barangay
certificates, business permits, and summon letters. This caused a lengthy
procedure accessing the records and files, which sometimes causes record
redundancy (Villones, 2020). The researchers aim to develop a Barangay
Management System for the community of Molino IV Bacoor City, Cavite.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect data for the study. This questionnaire
is adapted from ISO/IEC 25010. The product quality model defined in ISO/IEC
25010 comprises eight quality characteristics: functional suitability, performance
efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability.

The results from this survey will solely be used for research and will be handled
with confidentiality and treated with discretion. The data of the respondents will also
be protected as stated in RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
