In your own words, briefly describe what child psychology is all about.
Answer:
The study of subconscious and conscious childhood development is child psychology. Child
psychologists observe how a child interacts and understands its development with their
parents, themselves, and the world
Everyone wants their child to develop healthily, but it is not always clear whether the child's
behaviour is a symptom of a normal stage of growth or a sign of abnormality. Psychologists
of children can help you comprehend that difference. Understanding a child's normal and
abnormal patterns of mentality can help parents understand how to best communicate and
connect with their child, to teach their child emotional management mechanisms, and to help
their child progress and prosper in every new stage of development.
Child psychologists can also identify early abnormal behaviour, detect root problems of
common behaviour, such as problems of learning, hyperactivity or anxieties, and help
children to cope with early children's trauma. They can be useful in preventing, assessing and
diagnosing developing delays or abnormalities like autism. The interactions of a few key
