Customer / Partners / Suppliers onboarding is an integral part of
every product/ services in the business. It is extremely important
that every customer/partner/supplier are vetted thoroughly viz., for
authenticity of their existence, legality, and financial stability before
they are qualified and registered for performing business activities.

For example: The client is from Manufacturing industry spread


across the country. There remote agents visit potential Customer /
partner / suppliers to convince them for getting into business
relationships. Once the customer/ partner / supplier gives
go-ahead the field agents need to gather all the required details /
documents and send it to the central team via e-mail or submitting
physical hardcopies to get them vetted and approved to be
on-boarded for performing business activities. The entire process
takes about a few weeks / months and sometimes gets lost. Due
to manual process the visibility of progress was not available
leading to re-doing the entire work.
