Hive Bot (29/12/2019, 12:30:28): Firstly remove your thermostat from the wall. To
do this press the tab on the base of the thermostat and lift it off the hooks that
hold it against the wall.
Hive Bot (29/12/2019, 12:30:28): Once removed, take your thermostat to the receiver
which you will find near to your boiler/hot water tank. Remove the batteries and
put them straight back in again.
Hive Bot (29/12/2019, 12:30:28): This will turn the thermostat off and on which
should help establish a connection to the receiver.
Hive Bot (29/12/2019, 12:30:28): Have you completed this step?

Hive Bot (29/12/2019, 12:30:34): Place the thermostat back on the wall, the
thermostat should then display a "Reconnecting" message. Once you see an inside
temperature again, try to turn the heating on.
Hive Bot (29/12/2019, 12:30:34): Turn the dial clockwise to increase the target
temperature. If the heating turns on and you can see a green status light on the
receiver you’re done!

Suzanne (29/12/2019, 12:33:14): Connection is lost between the thermostat and hub.
Batteries have had to be replaced about every 2 weeks since the beginning of
November. The engineer who was here this morning suggested I contact you in case BT
who provide my Wifi are blocking 3rd party devices. In the meantime, I have sorted
out heat and hot water, but something is not right if batteries have to be replaced
so frequently. Can you check for me please.
Hive Bot (29/12/2019, 12:33:16): Sorry, I don't understand what you've entered.
Please choose from the available options.
