Father, all powerful and ever living God,
ENTRANCE ANTIPHON we do well always and everywhere
to give you thanks
“Let the children come to me; do not prevent them, for the kingdom

OPENING PRAYER
You looked upon Jerome, your servant,

grant that we may imitate his example, then light shall rise for you in the darkness,

and receive your blessing then the Lord will guide you always
in the kingdom of heaven. and give you plenty even on the parched land.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen. He will renew your strength,
and you shall be like a watered garden,
like a spring whose water never fails.”
