Review Journal
“The impact of financing role and organizational culture in small and medium enterprises:
Developing business strategies for economic recovery”

The writer of this journal are Cong Ma a student at School of Economic and Management,
Guangxi University of Sciencie and Technology, Liuzhou Guangxi in China and Mui Yee Cheok a
student at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Looking at type of the article that
Mui Yee Cheok made earlier, a journal called "Does green finance energy ingredients? New evidence
from developing and developed economies” Mui Yee Cueok seems an expert on her field of
assessments regarding financing, investment, business, and data envelopment analysis. My opinion
towards them judging from their earlier journal work, athough they relatively can be called new to this
journal, they have an excellent style of writing in it, the topic is interesting to follow. Also the way
they extract data is also accurate so that the truth from the entire journal is infallibly valid.

They both created the journal to examine organizational culture as a medium through which
total quality management has both direct and indirect impacts on the productivity of small and
medium enterprises. They also observe and assess is there any relationship between the performance
of small and medium enterprises and total quality management. In specific, they want to checked
whether the effectiveness link between total quality management and SMEs is impacted by
organizational culture.

For me, the topic that they use are pretty relevant at this moment and the way they raised the
topic from this journal is practically up to date looking at the data release that received at 11 February
2022, received in revised form on 5 April 2022, accepted at 22 April 2022, and finally available
online on 30 April 2022.

As mentioned on the journal, data and unit that contained in the journal are retrieved and
collected from the owner–managers of SMEs in the manufacturing environment of south-western
using a questionnaire, with the assistance of research participants on Vietnam’s South-West.
Demographic information is subjected to descriptive analysis. Determine the distribution rationality is
a crucial step. A descriptive analysis was performed on the data to determine the frequency,
descriptive statistics, and variance. The research uses count and percent as a frequency measurement,
whereas the central tendency integrates the standard deviation.
Source of the journal are reliable because as previously mentioned before that the journal are
using a quantitative methodology by questionnaire administered so they can study the participants.
According to the effective sample regulations, there should be 410 participants on their study.
