The Major Objective of the Article
The major objective of the article is to determine and analyze the role of organizational
commitment, leadership behavior, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on
performance in education personnel staff, with a focus on the mediating role of OCB in the
relationship between organizational commitment and leadership behavior on performance.

Theories Discussed in the Paper and their Comparison


The paper is based on the theory of organizational behavior, which forms the basis of the
research. This theory includes three important parts: input, process, and output. Leadership
variables are part of the input component, and employee performance is related to the process of
human resource processing in organizations.
