When compared to the same period in 10M.2021, TERACO's retail sales increased by 72% (3324 units) in the 10 months of 2022.

1. Total commercial vehicle volume in the first 10 months of 2022 reached 77,204 units, an increase of 30% compared to 10M.2021 (59,189 units) (Fig 1).
2. Trucks continue to maintain a significant portion of the market, contributing for 69% of sales, followed by Dump (12%) and Tractor (8%), VAN (6%), Bus
(5%) within this proportion. (Fig 2)
3. Compared to the previous month, the total market decreased (-9%). (Table 1).
4. North have the largest market share (38%), followed by Eastern South (24%), Mekong (16%), Central (16%), and Highland (6%).

1. The total number of Mini-Van units sold in 10M - 2022 was 4,278 up 57% over the same period in 2021 (2,721 units) (Fig 1).
2. Suzuki still holds a large market share with 34.1%, THACO with 21.4%, DONGBEN-SRM with 16.5%, CHIENTHANG (KENBO) with 12.9%, TERACO with 8.4%, TMT
(DFSK) with 6.0%, and others with 0.7%.(Fig 2).
3. The total market decreased -12.7% compared to the previous month. Compared to SEP-2022, TERACO increased by 8.5%. (Table 1)
4. North (43%) and Eastern South (43%), have the largest market share, following by Central (6%), Mekong (6%), and Highland (2%) (Fig 3)

1. Total Truck + Dump in the first 10 months of 2022 reached 62,474 units, an increase of 28% compared to 10M.2021 (48,833 units) (Fig 1).
2. The Light Duty (LD) segment still holds a large market share with 67%, the MD segment with 21%, and the HD segment with 12%. (Fig 2)
3. Compared to the previous month, the total market decreased by 8% (Table 1).
4. North continues to lead the market with 37% of the total market share, followed by Eastern South (22%), Mekong (19%), Central (17%), and Highland
(6%). (Fig 3).

THACO is the most popular brand of TRUCK + DUMP, followed by HYUNDAI, ISUZU, and HINO. TERACO has risen to Seventh place in the LD segments (Fig 4)
1. THACO entered the entire TRUCK + DUMP segment and concentrated on the LD segment (82.4% sales out).
2. SIMILAR TO THACO. HYUNDAI, ISUZU, HINO attended all TRUCK + DUMP segments. In details, HYUNDAI, ISUZU concentrating on the LD segment and
HINO concentrating on the MD and HD segments.
3. In CV, TERACO has gained the 9th position. In the TRUCK + DUMP segment, TERACO only focused on the LD segment and finished in 7 th place.

THACO is the most popular LIGHT DUTY (LD) brand, followed by ISUZU, HYUNDAI and SUZUKI. TERACO has gained 5th place in LD segments (Fig 4)
1. THACO sales figures in the LD segment; they are most focused on the 2-3 TONS segment (36% sales out) - 10 models. Following that, they concentrated on the 1 - 2
TONS segment (33%) - 12 models, MINI-TRUCK with 19% sales out (2 models), 3-5 TONS (12%) - 14 models
2. ISUZU focused their sales on the 2-3 TONS segment (47% sales out) - 3 models. And after their focus on the 1 - 2 TONS segment (39%) - 3 models, 3-5 TONS (14%) - 4
models, ISUZU has no models in the 6,2M segment or MINI-TRUCK.
3. HYUNDAI with 4 models prioritizes sales in the 1-2 TONS segment (59% sales out), 33% of their LD sales (of 2 models) are in the 2 - 3 TONS segment, and just 8% of
their LD sales (of 1 model) are in the 3-5 tons segment. There are no MINI-TRUCK or 6,2M models from HYUNDAI.
4. SUZUKI only concentrated on MINI-TRUCKS (2 models). They have no models in any other LD segments.
