Dear ma’am,

Recommendation for the lifting of the granular lockdown at Poblacion South, Solano, Nueva
Vizcaya

After ten (10) days of granular lockdown which was implemented at Yogad Street, Poblacion
South, Solano Nueva Vizcaya, we, the assigned DILG Contact tracer on the said barangay
hereby recommend the lifting of the granular lockdown on the said area. This also to include the
removal of all caution line in all houses which were cordoned considering that members of such
household who were affected by COVID-19 were already recovered and declared closed contacts
were tested negative based on the result of their swab test.

The recommendation for the lifting of the granular lockdown was based on the data that COVID-
19 cases on the said area is slowly decreasing and majority of infected individual are already
recovered. Hence, despite this recommendation, we earnestly imposed to all the constituent of
the affected areas and all constituent of barangay Poblacion South, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya to
continue the observance of minimum health protocols and to continue their support in the fight
against this pandemic.
