1. What does "spirituality" mean to you?

Despite the fact that the definition of spirituality has changed and grown over time, For
me, being preoccupied with the human spirit or soul rather than material or physical objects is
spirituality. Spirituality is the acceptance of a sensation, sense, or conviction that transcends
oneself, that there is more to being human than what is perceived with the senses, and that the
larger total of which we are a part is cosmic or divine in nature.

2. Why do people believe in God(or a higher Being)?

Religious faith or belief in some type of god is practically widespread in humans. Every
human civilization throughout history has had some type of faith in God. The rationale is
self-evident. Because humans are intellectual and inquisitive, they seek a rationale for their
existence. They examine nature and conclude that they and the things they see around them were
created by an intelligent being.

3. How do you get in touch with your spiritual self?

My method of connecting with my spiritual self is to spend some somber and quiet time
with myself. There are moments when we want to be alone; in my case, I make time for myself
when I'm feeling mentally drained. When I talk to God about my troubles and ask for a solution
to how I should solve them, the load that has been plaguing my heart decreases the instant I
finish praying. That’s when I knew I got in touch with my own spiritual self.
