Agreement for Chilimba

This agreement is for …………… people who wish to be contributing a sum of K………………………
Per individual every month and give to one member of the group in turns. This cycle continues
until all the members have reached their turn to collect from the individuals.
A member can only leave the agreement once the cycle is complete (Once every member has
received a share)
All the money should be collected and given the member receiving that month no later than
the 1st of the month.
Failure to give the money will attract a penalty of K50 per day to be given to the person
receiving the money in that particular month.
New members can only be added at the end of a full cycle.
