Dear Parents
We are happy to let you know that all olympiads will be conducted according to schedule. And the ones canceled
last weekend will be conducted on the 28th and 29th of January in the same order.

The Embassy of India has announced the following winners for Navy Day Poster and essay writing competition :
-Chidrupi Krishna Kothari, Grade 4
-Chamdatta Anand Sane, Grade 3
-Achintya Sundararajan, Grade 7
They will be felicitated on the stage during the Republic Day event on 26th January. Please confirm their
presence on that day . If for any reason not able to come let us know as soon as possible. Our other students will
be presenting a patriotic song on that day. Parents are welcome.

Tomorrow on the occasion of the Desh Prem Diwas celebration at the Kirigaoka school Gym, Yokohama
campus's music students will be performing. We wish them good luck. I will also be attending the function so
hope to see you there.

The School year 2023-24's Calendar will be available on our website from next week. Please check it for some
significant changes, Current calendar also has been updated so please check it too.

Parents who plan to cancel or start the bus service next school year must inform the school ASAP so that the
buses can be arranged accordingly.

Grade XII preboard Exams are over and from 30th June Grade X preboard will start. Stay healthy students!

We are thankful to parents who have completed their payments for this school year. Others must do so definitely
by the end of this month. Those who need receipts of the payment. must come to school to collect it. No request
through email should be sent.
