I am writing to recommend Tomer for the Silver Knight award. As Tomer’s AP Psychology teacher,
I have had the pleasure of working with him for the past semester and have been consistently
impressed by his intelligence, work ethic, and dedication to learning.
In my classroom, Tomer has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of the material and a
willingness to go above and beyond in his coursework. He is quick to explain a difficult concept to a
struggling peer, constantly asking questions to deepen his knowledge in the field of psychology, and
always one step ahead of what is expected from the class. He consistently produced high-quality
written assignments and actively participated in class discussions, consistently displaying a strong
grasp of the subject matter.
In addition to his academic achievements, Tomer is also a dedicated and involved member of
multiple organizations and extracurriculars here at The University School. He has consistently
demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to service.
I believe that Tomer is deserving of this award and I have no doubt that he will continue to excel
academically and make meaningful contributions to his community. I wholeheartedly recommend
