It is an honor to write this letter of recommendation for Samantha Verrinder,​ ​an outstanding
student in my Film and Composition class.. Miss Verrinder is one of those rare students that
shows acumen beyond her years. She is a brilliant student, responsible and a joy to have in class.

Through numerous class interactions, I have had the opportunity to observe Samantha’s work,
academic abilities, talents, and character. She actively participated in activities and discussions
and is always ready to help her classmates. She is an extremely promising student with an
excellent work ethic. She is intelligent, hard working, reliable and honest. Samantha’s greatest
qualities are her kind and reflective demeanor. I have never observed her being disrespectful or
rude to anyone. She handles stress extremely well and is calm and composed in stressful
situations.

Miss Verrinder is also an amiable and creative young woman who is working hard to excel in her
educational goals. Another of Samantha’s academic gifts is her ability to communicate and
articulate with exemplary finesse in her writing and speaking. Samantha is active in many
leadership roles on and off our campus that showcase her talents for mentoring and contributing
to the betterment of others. Through her volunteer work, she utilizes her many talents and great
leadership potential to initiate change on our campus and within her community.​ ​I would highly
recommend Samantha Verrinder to be considered for an internship, scholarship, employment or
