    strengths and weaknesses, especially in teaching. There are many teachers who are new in the service,
    and they need coaching or guidance from their colleagues, master teachers, and most importantly, their
    principal. Constructive criticism will help the new teachers improve their teaching performance, which
    will lead to better instruction for learners.
