Fast food affects our health because it made up from a high percentage of fats, food coloring,
sugars, calories and sodium as will as a low percentage of salts, fibers, vitamins and minerals. It
found from a smoked meat for instance hot dogs, mortadella it have a high percentage of
sodium, also grilled meats it have a high percentage of fats, and fried white meats it’s a process
that we put uncooked chicken in flour after that we put it in a deep oils it have a high
percentage of fats and oils.
Fast food is one of the basic reasons for common disease in latest 10 years, which destroy our
health and there are many studies that discuss the results of fast food. The researchers at
George Washington University (GWU) said the experience conducted for 9,000 people between
2003-2010 included hardening of arteries disease, Cardiovascular disease, Cancerous tumors,
diabetes and obesity for teenagers and other many disease. All these diseases can take us to
the abyss.
Fast food is quick to prepare and has a delicious taste that adults and children like. Despite this
we can’t forget there are many healthy foods is not bad, tasty and has no side effect for
example salad, sandwiches but it reaches the point of harm to health if we eat more than 3
times a week, and unfortunately this is what is happening now.
We will destroy our health if we eat fast food more than healthy food in a big way. We can’t
avoid it completely. instead, we can eat it even now and then, because we get board from
repetition. However, we should balance between healthy food and fast food to protect our
bodies from diseases, and to make sure we take care of our bodies because our health is the
most precious thing we have.
