are making substantial changes to their operations in the COVID-19 business environment in order to
ensure employees’ and customers’ health and safety, and enhance customers’ willingness to patronize
their business

2. – This pandemic is temporary and shall pass. As a future hotelier I can help the industry in times of
pandemic by taking step to reduce long term damage from this pandemic. I just need to consider my
customers perspective when I will interact with them. Social media have become more important that
wants to stay connected to their customers. I just need to identify my target customers and pay
attention to what are they doing online

communication. It is important to have such qualities because it helps the company to become
successful in the future. It can also help an employee to have an advancement opportunity in their
carrier.

5. – keep workspaces clean, provide proper training, provide proper equipment, post proper signage.
First, scrape and clear the area of debris or leftover food. Next, clean the surface with hot soapy water.
To avoid chemical contamination, rinse the surface with water and a clean cloth. Clean the area with a
sanitizing wipe or other professional sanitizer.

6. – For an effective sales presentation they must consider to be familiar on the menu. A employee must
command attention, approach the guest with a poise. They must also need an eye to eye interaction to
their guest. Have enough guts and determination to a guest. Lastly, attitude counts.

7. – In selling complete meal they must attempt it on consisting appetizer, soup, salad, main course and
dessert. They must suggest appropriate table wines. Also offer coffee or tea.

8. – An employee can handle a guest complain by staying calm, listen well, acknowledge the problem,
get the facts and lastly offer a solution. When an employee resolve customer complaint successfully,
they will better understand their needs, retain them as loyal customers, and enhance their business.
