Course code: LLAW6230 Course title: Law and Practice of Investment Treaty Arbitration

The course had 35 students. All participants have submitted their final research papers.
All students have passed.

The course was taught online making use of Moodle and Zoom.

Generally, the research papers demonstrate a good level of academic research and
presentation skills of the students and reflect gaining a deeper understanding of the
controversial issues relating to the law and practice of investment treaty arbitration.

In some instances, however, not all formal requirements of an academic paper were met,
such as providing appropriate references for cases or materials that were used in the
text.
