Summary
According the customer survey, the majority of respondents consider that our
product has excellent quality. Also, we can see that 82 percent of respondents said
that the speed of delivery is good. In terms of price, most of those surveyed told the
price is satisfactory. However, if we are talking about our product range responders
consider that it could be better in general, one fifth said that it is poor and 40
percent told that it is appropriate for them. In addition, a large number of people
agreed that the customer service is satisfactory for them, but at the same time some
people even suggested to do it better. Besides that, several customers suggested
that they are unhappy with the product they bought while 60 percent of the
respondents replied that the product is worth the money. In fact, we have additional
comments from clients. In this situation, since a great amount of people want to
offer bigger discounts for regular orders, we will give them this opportunity.
Moreover, we also get negative comment about our employees, we will definitely
improve it. Apart from that, a small amount of our customers wants to receive a
maintenance service for all products, so we will unconditionally do it in the near
future. Consequently, our company has good comments about price and quality, but
also need to do some improvements in other spheres, we will do our best to make
our customers happy and satisfied.
