Customer satisfaction survey

In recent days the company applied a survey to its customers. The objective was to
know their level of acceptance in the market.

One of the topics discussed was whether they would recommend the products to a
friend, where it was found that 50% of respondents recommend their products.

Another of the topics discussed was the level of satisfaction, where it was found
that the majority of clients are satisfied, although it seems that they are not
satisfied with some products.

On the other hand, the interviewees affirm that the best word to describe the
company is high quality products, in addition to good value for money.

Regarding the needs, the customers responded that the company's products
satisfy them very well, and that the quality of the product is high, which is good for
the company.

The price-quality ratio of the product turned out to be average, of which it can be
said that there are high-cost products for people.

Regarding the attention that customers receive when they have doubts, they say
that the company only in some cases is receptive.

Regarding the time spent as clients, most responded to be new, which shows the
level of growth of the company, actually most say that they may buy products from
this company again.

To finish the company asked the following question: Do you have any other
comments, questions or concerns?, To which the customers responded: “I liked the
product a lot, but I would like to know if you are going to produce more flavors”.
That is, they expect more diversity of products in the future.
