We have recently conducted a survey to discover how our company is satisfying existing
client companies and how we could improve our services. According to our findings, over
half of our customers were very happy with the product quality. In fact, sixty percent of those
surveyed thought that it was excellent and about a third said it was good. Fortunately, none of
the participants believed it was below satisfactory. About the speed of delivery, they also
admitted that it was good. Besides this, regarding price, most customers felt that it was
satisfactory, but nearly a quarter seem to be unsatisfied. Furthermore, the majority of the
customers raised concerns that our product range was poor and could be better. Additionally,
the survey showed that customer service was mainly satisfactory but a fifth of customers had
problems with it. Looking at value for money, no customers surveyed thought that it was
excellent, but over half of them believed it was good. As a result, over half of our customers
wanted us to offer bigger discounts for regular orders over €20,000. When asked what other
improvements we could make, nearly a quarter of respondents suggested that communication
could be improved because staff didn’t respond to emails quickly enough. Moreover, twelve
percent of customers would also like us to offer a maintenance service for all our products.
The findings thus demonstrate that we should look at varios ways to improve our price
structure and our product range.
