Pageant Guidelines and Mechanics

 Must be able to attend all rehearsals.

 Each candidate is allowed to express themselves in a morally upright manner.


Talent Portion

 Candidates must not exceed 3 minutes in their talent portion. Timer starts with the first
sound, or action in the talent.
A timer will signal the end of the time duration. If candidate extends his/her performance
after this signal, the timer will stop the music.
 Talent presentations must be within the bounds of moral decency and must not offend
anyone’s sensibilities.
