I am Miss Farhana, a fresh graduate with a leader`s mentality and a good

communicator student with a Foundation and Bachelor of Human Sciences
(Psychology) in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
An active listener with a positive attitude and employed these skills while serving on
the student representative council for three years. I have a good management ability
since it has been utilized in practical training courses. A capable and competent
person who can be used in any circumstance.
I used to organize countless community activities and events while at university, and
I have a strong desire to accomplish something. Financial management expertise as
having been trained in the course. Find a position where I can use my real-world
skills to benefit the company. This shows why I am interested in applying for this

1) I recently obtained my Bachelor of Human Sciences in Psychology

from the university, and I have five years of experience learning how to
create and manage teams of people. As a person who understands how to
manage people, I am prepared for this job of assisting in the planning of daily
activities.

2) I just did an internship with SETEL VENTURES SDN BHD, which helped me
gain experience and improve my communication skills because part of my job
was to follow up on calls and support technicians in line with service-level
agreements until the issue was fixed. I'm seeking for a job that will help me
develop my communication skills and experience.

3) As a person with expertise in the field of human resources, I can not

only assist in the planning of daily operations, but I can also assist in offering
to counsel to individuals in need, as indicated in this position.

Mission:
Provide community services with appropriate knowledge efficiently and effectively with the concept
of professionalism through efforts:
I. To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Community Development
Officer Grade S29 based on the community’s role, documentation, training, research and
management smoothly, orderly and effectively in line with current developments.
II. To provide counseling services with appropriate knowledge and
experience
III. To plan daily activities and supervise inmates of drug rehabilitation centers and
prisons.
IV. Supervise, provide counseling to moral offenders and juveniles.
V. Managing assistance to the disabled, the elderly, the poor, the destitute and disaster
victims.
VI. To involve communities in seeking solutions to the problems they face in
partnership with statutory and voluntary bodies.
