Kasayahan St. Batasan Hills, Quezon City hereby name, constitute, and appoint EFREN MAYPA RUPA,
Filipino, of legal age, and resident of No. 40 Kasayahan St. Batasan Hills, Quezon City, to be my true and lawful
attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts:

To authorize/act on my behalf in transactions related to my Bank Account No. 9020633870 & Housing
Loan Bank Account No. 751000022592 with RCBC, San Roque Marikina including my withdrawals,
deposits, loan settlements, request snapshot, bank statement, etc...

To make, execute or sign for and in my behalf any and all Promissory Note/s, Chattel Mortgage/s, debit
authorizations, debit memos, and all other documents or paper necessary to evidence availment of the credit
/ loan facility, as well as to receive the loan proceeds as we all acts to be done or caused to be done in
connection therewith.

To do and perform any acts necessary to accomplish the purpose above mentioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and perform
all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I mighty or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
