AGREEMENT LETTER
Please take the time to review this document before signing and returning to ensure that you are
familiar with the Chorister Commitment of Membership

As a member of the Vessels of Praise Graceway Bible Baptist Church North Caloocan Choir, I,
__________________________________________________________________ commit:

 To be friendly, kind and helpful to all members of the choir and to be especially
welcoming to new choristers
 To attend all rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and recitals
 If I am absent from all or part of any rehearsal, I will complete, prior to the next rehearsal,
the individual music objectives accomplished in the rehearsal I missed and the homework,
which was assigned. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact my leader to obtain
the information.
 If I am not well enough to sing, but am well enough to be at rehearsal, I will attend and
participate as an auditor.
 I will be fully prepared for every rehearsal.
 I will arrive 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time of my rehearsal to ensure that I
am ready to begin on time.
 I will ensure that I have with me:
1. My choir piece
2. A pen or pencil, highlighter
3. my own instrument, if any
 I will focus all of my energy and fully participate in rehearsals to the best of my ability.
 I will maintain good posture and hold my music at eye level so I can communicate
with my conductor.
 During my breaks I will respect the rules and guidelines set for each particular
rehearsal space.
 At the end of my rehearsal periods I will stack my chair and clean up the rehearsal
space.
 I will be dressed appropriately for all Choir concerts and practices.
 I will ensure that my uniform is well cared for.
 I will Maintain good moral character
 I will maintain a healthy relationship with God through daily quiet time that will be
submitted to my leader and obey His words through my responsibility on winning souls and
taking care of them through DBS and/or connection
 I will have a prayer partner to pray for the church, leaders, and ministry regularly.
 I will always internalize the meaning or the message of my piece
I HEREBY AGREE THAT THE ABOVE CONDITION IS MET BY THE PERSON/INDIVIDUAL SIGNING THIS LETTER.
