    2. General Terms Of Quotation

    Remarks:

    1.Delivery term: Fob 30 days after the contract is signed and technical specification is clarified,
    and provided that Buyer has effected the down payment as per the payment terms specified
    above. In the event, the clarification is delayed or the down payment is not effected due to Buyer's
    reason, the delivery lead time will be extended accordingly. Subject to further negotiation.

    2.Warranty Period: The warranty period shall be twelve (12) months from the date of Acceptance
    or eighteen (18) months after the last shipment date, whichever comes earlier.
