Terms & Condition

1. This offer is valid for 30 days from the date stated on the offer, unless otherwise agreed.
2. This service will be contacted for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the start
date, unless otherwise agreed. Our costs are per annum are fixed for the period stated.
3. Payment will be due within 30 days of receiving the invoice and the PDC cheque is required for the
prior of 30 days from the date of the Invoices, unless stated otherwise agreed.
4. Price mentioned above is in UAE Dirhams (AED).
5. The operatives shall be used in a method to suit their functional responsibilities only.
6. The working hours during summer and Ramadan will be in line
with local government/authority regulation.

7. Replacement requests by the client of any of the mentioned operatives will be
processed within 3 days with prior notice.
8. In the event of the dispute, an arbitration process will be undertaken by an appointed
independent 3rd party, agreed by both parties. Should the dispute exceed 28 days and we
have not received payment, we reserve the rights to suspend our services until any
outstanding dues (and damage, if applicable), are paid.
9. All the above Terms and Conditions will be superseded by the Clauses in the Final
Agreement to be agreed by the two (2) contacting parties.
10. Pricing is based upon legislation prevailing at the time of submission, should there be a
change in legislation that has a material effect on our costs we reserve the right to
advise and amend accordingly.
11. The total working hours will be 12 hours per day including lunch break and total
working days will be 30 days per month.
