Acknowledgement
Please allow me to thank the individuals that made working here at Mega East Properties
successful and who made it possible for me to complete my OJT/Internship.
I want to begin by thanking God for his unwavering love and guidance given to me
throughout my internship. I appreciate all of your support in helping me develop to the point where I
could complete my practicum requirements.
I would want to express my gratitude to Mega East Properties Inc. for their support and for
allowing me to complete my on-the-job training at their business. I'm also very appreciative of the entire
personnel at Mega East Properties Inc. who helped me get my training, who taught me their knowledge
and skills, and who during my time there treated me not like an employee but as a member of their
family.
Many thanks to Prof. Archy F. Palanggoy, our program chair, and to Prof. Henry C. Cereza,
our program head, for their persistent announcements and reminders about the paperwork I needed to
turn in to complete my internship.
We are grateful to Mr Bobby S. Gonzales, the company's chief executive officer and
president, for the knowledge, encouragement, and inspirational words he shared with us about how real
estate investing can benefit us in other ways.
You have my sincere gratitude for your trust. I am quite grateful for the help of my amazing
family and friends, who have been helpful in my endeavour. I am here today because of your tenacity,
toleration, love, and steadfast support through thick and thin. I appreciate your steadfast assistance.
I'm grateful to my other students for helping me get beyond this challenge. Mostly because you gave me
the knowledge, abilities, and inspiration to continue my training.
I couldn't have achieved the results I have worked so hard for without the help of these
people in a variety of roles. Thank you to everyone who assisted me in working toward the completion
of the requirements. I appreciate all of your help, and I thank you. I truly appreciate your assistance.
My Experiential Report
I've been participating in an on-the-job training program at Mega East Properties Inc. for
about four months, and one of the hardest obstacles I've faced is learning how to develop strong client
relationships in a variety of situations and convince people that you are doing a good job and deserving
of recognition from your supervisor as well as the rest of the business. I've run into this problem while
I've been there. We are accountable for the tasks and work that we complete as marketing students. We
are accountable for the tasks and work that we complete as marketing students. It is beneficial for me to
improve my interpersonal skills as a marketing presenter for this organization so that I can better
connect with clients, agents, and anyone else who wants to join our team. I initially feel under pressure
because I don't have any experience with real estate or client handling, but as time passes, the company
provides us the chance to learn how it all works and inspires me and my fellow interns to strive for sales.
As a result, we put in a lot of time and effort. They recognize the potential in real estate among our
group of interns.
Trying to set myself apart from others is a daily battle for me. But the Lord has taught me to
always have a winning mentality, therefore I always tell myself to win this chapter of my practicum
anytime I am faced with a hardship.
My on-the-job training allowed me to learn a lot of new abilities. I gained practical office
experience, but I also got a head start on deciding what I wanted to do with my life before I even
finished college. What kind of work I'd like to do, as well as several other possibilities.
I've learned some crucial lessons along the road. You must first keep in mind that it is your
responsibility to ensure that everyone is content. Everyone should be treated with respect and kindness,
and you should always behave in good faith. Because when we show compassion to others, we receive
the same kindness in return. And always remember to grin as you get out of bed in the morning.
You will always remember your entire OJT Experience at Mega East Properties Inc. as a truly
fantastic experience. Learn on the job, day by day, that the most important attribute is not just one's
manner in terms of how they interact with others, but also their knowledge and ability in determining
the nature of any given circumstance or project. You must make sure that you learn from your mistakes
because doing so might make you a better person.
Other projects were later turned over to MEPI which established a track record of selling
out projects that other marketing companies failed to accomplish. With its future in mind, MEPI officially
spun off its first subsidiary company; Sere destiny
Properties, Inc. Its mandate was to expand MEPI’s marketing niche outside its regular inventories and
market and to establish its alternative marketing concepts going beyond the bounds of the traditional
real-estate selling styles. With its expanded reach, MEPI is now positioned to handle a global reach of
clientele, affording them with the most professional service they deserve for their well-learned
investments.

Organizational Structure
Businesses of all sizes and sorts make extensive use of organizational structures. They create
a certain hierarchy inside an organization's structure. An effective organizational structure should clarify
each employee's position and how it fits into the overall system. To put it another way, the
organizational structure outlines who is in charge of what within the business in order to help it reach its
objectives.
This architecture gives the organization a visual depiction of how it is shaped and how it
may best go forward in accomplishing its goals, enabling the corporation to make more informed
business decisions. Organizational structures are frequently shown using a pyramid-shaped chart or
graphic. In this kind of organization, the people with the most power are positioned at the top, while the
people with the least power are positioned at the bottom.
Certain organizations may find it difficult to operate efficiently if they lack a clear
framework. For instance, employees could find it challenging to identify their supervisor to whom they
should report. This may lead to a misunderstanding of who in the organization is in charge of certain
duties.
Organizational Layout
Work Station
In the context of Marketing Department and Presenter, I typically created fb page and
different advertisement to the property that we sell, company teach of us how to create an effective
promotion and other form of interaction to the client or customer. We use different social media
platforms not only social but we used traditional method which using flyers, banner and tarpaulin,
published these contents and then manually boosted the posts' visibility by sharing them with other
users.
The additional task that the company gave to me and to other co-interns is assisting to
seminar and updating map, organized sales then encode.
