I think the opposite side will argue that college should not be free because sometimes, the
 wrong people may go into college which is why they make it expensive.

Rebuttal  (why  is  that  argument  weak):  

That argument is weak because that doesn't make a difference in how everyone should have the
 
education they should have.

 Possible  Counterargument  (what  do  you  think  the  opposite  side  will  argue):  
I think the opposite side will argue that college should be free because of the simple fact that if
  college keeps having it's expensive fees, students who really want to be on college wont be able to
experience that. That should be really unfair for certain people.
Rebuttal  (why  is  that  argument  weak):  
That argument could POSSIBLY be weak because if colleges are free, colleges would not be able to pay for
 
certain stuff, such as activities for school.

 
Conclusion:  
I think colleges should be free because there could be a student going through a deprived situation. However, colleges these days
 make unaffordable fees for students to pay, such as after school activities.
Cons in colleges being free could be the wrong people getting into college. Because of the fact that people that
 are NOT ready for college, could go to college. Which should be discussed due to the fact that the issue needs
to be fixed. However, colleges still should remain free OR reduce the fee for the student to pay because colleges never know
 what situation a student could be going through such as an economic situation. Those students who really deserve college
education might not be able to attend, which should be a problem.
In conclusion, colleges may NOT be free, but at least those people in charge of a college should lower the fees for students.
