TERMS AND CONDITION

1. FOC is only given if the above package is taken


2. FOC has no commercial value and cannot be deducted from invoice.
3. A deposit of 10% of the invoice amount must be given at least 3 days before the project starts for 'Job
Confirmation'
4. Payment of 30% of the invoice value must be paid when renovation work is carried out on the first
day. Subsequent payment according to the percentage of payment 40%, 15% and 5% once renovation
finish.
5. Any delay in payment will affect the job and we may take action such as stopping the job immediately.
6. Any additional work other than those specified in this invoice will be charged according to the
suitability of the work.
7. The renovation should be completed within 55 days effective from the day the worker start the job as
per agreed
8. RM70/ per day will be deducted from quotation value for late delivery
9. 6 month warranty period for renovation works will be apply starting from inspection day. Not
including wear and tear items
10. MHP consultant will be responsible for all infrastructure that must be comply with KKM requirements
to ensure the approval of the clinic
11. This quote is valid for 30 days
