people who live day to day basis and can’t afford buying in bulk like in grocery stores. SP
sari-sari store has a good service and has friendly staff that can satisfy you when you’re

space has square feet and has been opened since 2020. This location was just on the side of the road
and can only be seen by people passing by. it is essential to our initial and ongoing success that we locate
ourselves that the community can easily see. We also strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and
community, as well as a retail environment where individuals can identify and bond with their culture.

2.3 Ownership and management

SP sari-sari store was a sole proprietorship business and was owned and managed by mr.
Richard Dasmarinas. The owner will do its best and duties to bring the best service to the customers and
that he will be committed to the business success.
3.0 Products

SP sari-sari store offers different variety of products basic goods such as canned food, instant
noodles, coffee ,soft drinks , oil, soaps, cigarettes, and other things that our community get on a daily
basis. We also sell candy, chips, and beer, but can have literally anything commodity the community
needs.

1. Canned foods- If our customer were looking for a lower cost of food canned goods should be there
go-to food its because Canned foods are budget friendly ,convenient to carry, and has a longer shelf life.

2. instant noodles- Noodles is a comforting, quick—and cheap—meal its quick to prepare by adding
boiling water and other ingredients.

3. cigarettes- most of the customers says that they enjoy the ritual of smoking they also say that
smoking gives them a pleasurable feeling. Smoking relieves their nicotine withdrawal symptoms.

4. soft drinks- most of the customers likes to drink soft drinks cause it can provide an enjoyable and
refreshing way to them Besides water, body needs other nutrients for growth, energy and good health.

5. oil- Cooking oil is used in many different ways it is the most common basic needs that the
customers buys in a store cause it is a key ingredient in the kitchen but can also be used for various other
purposes which make it extremely advantageous.

6. coffee- most of people in the community drink coffee, especially in morning they can’t start their
day without having a coffe and also coffee is our most beloved beverage.

7. soaps or detergent- soaps or detergents play a role in everyday life, from removing tough stains and
cleaning messy hands to fixing sticky locks through their ability to loosen and remove dirt they
contribute to good personal hygiene extend the useful life of clothes, and make our homes more
pleasant.

8. Candies- most of the community in a place have children and what children usually buy in the store
are candies not only children but also adults they felt rejoice over eating candy.

9. biscuits- one of the things that customers usually buy at the store is biscuits, they make them snacks
when there is no bread.

SP sari-sari store was managed by mr. Richard Dasmarinas. Our store will work closely to our
suppliers to have a good quality products, affordable but competitive prices to provide our customers
with the products that they need on a daily basis. The store inventory management system is our top
priority ,we evaluate our business on a regular basis to ensure that we’re on track to succeed, we also
track our stocks levels at all times to prevent product and production shortages.
3.3 Daily Operations

since the sp sari sari store is a small retail business and the owner does not have many workers
here are some of it’s daily operations:

1. Opening of the store: the owner must arrive early at the store before 5 in the morning to open
the door and unlock the closed windows.
2. Cleaning the store: when there is a store, the dirt around in the area cannot be avoided, so an
assistant of the owner cleans the surroundings before the store opens for good.
3. Checking the stocks of the products: the owner checked the stocks of the products especially to
those products that are retail such as oil and sugar.
4. Sales and customer service: the assistant of the owner will be responsible in assisting the
customers needs and give them a good service answering the customers questions and giving
the right product that the customers purchasing and also responsible for the buyer's fees and
charges.
5. Closing the store- The owner will close the store before 10 in the evening the assistant will
responsible of the stores cleanliness and how the store is organized before the owner will
secured its locks and closed the store.

consumers. Most of the people here in Banualan live in the corner of the area where the sari sari stores
where they buy for their daily needs are far away leading to the highest concentration of our customer
base. the community, which is a growing population in the community in which our store is located, has
statistically shown to be loyal to our store. One of our potential customers are those who don’t have a
much budget that cant buy in bulk and to those who only buy what they need on a daily basis. Because
SP sari-sari store offers a variety of retail products , and we feel that we will attract many curious
customers. Our ambience and customer service will be able to meet their needs and expectations and to
make them repeat customers.
