Developer Student Clubs
Introduce

Developer Student Clubs (DSC) are community groups

which help students to bridge the gap between theory
and practice by growing students' developing knowledge
and skill. DSC are designed as a space for students to
grow as a developer in mobile, web, machine learning,
artificial intelligence, and many other technologies.

DSC are university based. Every DSC is opened for any

student, ranging from novice developers who are just
starting, to advanced developers who want to further
their skills. Students grow their knowledge in a
peer-to-peer learning environment and build solutions for
local businesses and their community.

Segmentation

RA Kartini, national hero and female rights advocate,

wrote in his letter collected in 1911, “Habis Gelap,
Terbitlah Terang".

"I have been longing to make the acquaintance of a

'modern girl,' that proud, independent girl who has all my
sympathy! She who, happy and self-reliant, lightly and
alertly steps her way through life, full of enthusiasm and
warm feelings; working not only for her own well-being
and happiness, but for the greater good of humanity as a
whole."

But after 100 years, it's not so much changes that have
occurred since then. Indonesia is still fulfilled with the
"dogma” that the woman is his place at home. As a wife,
as a child, and as a mother. When women become
leaders, people see it as an anomaly. Although already
many people feel that this is problems, but not many
actually do something to find the solution.

Hackartini comes as a collaborative forum to empower

women with the aim to improve the quality of developers
especially for women in Indonesia.
