Instructions:
1. Identify at least one trait/quality which you think has a major gap or
discrepancy of your ideal self from your real self;
(Note: You may base it from the usual comments you have heard and received
from the people around you. It may be in terms of your physical, social,
intellectual, emotional, spiritual traits/qualities. Choose the traits/qualities
that has a scale from 4 up).

2. Through a scale of 4 – 10, shade your rating the extent of gap or discrepancy of
your ideal self from your real self;
