All aviation organizations must manage their operations strictly to meet demands and
expectations regarding safety, timing, capacity, price and costs. The basic principles are the
same everywhere.
Organisation: putting people and means(resources) together in a structural way and for a
longer period of time, to jointly work to reach one or more goals.
Legal entity: form or structure prescribed by law(like BV, NV Ltd)
Structure: the way tasks are assigned into functions, how they are managed, how they
communicate/ exchange information
Culture: a shared set of values, norms, goals and expectations. They can define or influence
work habits, effectivity or safety.
