Accuracy is important in everyday life, as it is necessary to provide correct answers. It is

also important in a lab with measuring to make sure the measurement can come close to its true
value. Accuracy was difficult to attain in this lab because it is so hard to be exactly accurate with
a ruler. Most rulers have the dashed, but if it's in between them, you can only round or guess
what the actual measurement might be. Another reason would be the fact that though there is a
way to check your measurement, it’s hard to make it the exact number it is supposed to be. It is
also it is very hard to make sure it is completely accurate because if you measure incorrectly try
to check it, and you might go back and try to fix the other measurement that was just fine.

I believe that centimeters are much more accurate when measuring since there are more
lines in between each whole centimeter. It is also easier to convert using the metric system,
helping to provide an accurate answer. The millimeter, centimeter, meter, and kilometer, are all
related to each other as shown through the moving of the decimal point when converting. You
can easily move the decimal point to the correct place, and the unit has been converted.
