1. List down the concerns of your target market that you want your product/service offering

to address.

I used to interview for my customers here are some of their concerns about our product Multi-

functional pen:

 If the product is durable and would last long

 If our pen is worth buying

 If our pen could really help our environment with its eco-friendly quality

2. Explain how the new or improved features of your product/service offering can address

these concerns.

 As we improved our product, we really assured our customers that our product is durable

and has a renewable bamboo barrel. Our product is surely worth buying because it has a

lot of features in one pen, and last our pen is sure could help our environment to reduce

plastic waste because it is renewable and biodegradable
