market. It consists of professional research team, director, finance group, operation team
and manager that builds a strong pillar for the company. Employees are trained for a
month with a thorough evaluation from the manager in charge of their departments before
hiring them. Good personality, competence and passion is expected.
b. Channel
Having a company means to build good relationships with the people who benefits you.
Fleure Aromas and its suppliers holds a great relationship which benefits both parties. It
gives the company an advantage from its competitors with its good quality and reliable
material. Suppliers works well in building great relationship with its partners to gain trust
and loyalty.
c. Complementors

According to Fleure Aromas website analysis, without intermediates such as retailers,


wholesalers and distributors, it is difficult to purchase the company’s product since they
are the ones who purchase Fleure Aroma products in Fleure Aroma Company and set a
tolerable price that is to the costumers liking, which will also make them purchase the
brand in an accessible way. It is also a way of giving promo to the product since majority
of retailers use store advertising -both online and offline, to gain interest and awareness

Fleure Aromas, as a growing company, has a lot of competition. Big brands namely Boy
Smells, Kishmish, Osmology, Illuminations, Pick-A-Scent and KayLoma Candles are
few of Fleure Aromas competitors in the market; these are the direct competitors Fleure
Aromas have since they produce similar products and services. Home fragrance or air
fresheners for your home is considered as indirect competition since they produce the
same satisfaction and needs for the costumers even though it’s a different product.
With their products being able to ship internationally, they have a huge advantage in their
market share and publicity. Fleure Aromas has a lot of potential to be international when
the process of improving and developing is passed.

An advantage Fleure Aromas have that not most companies have is its good reputation in
the community. Because of its good reputation, it has recently gained a lot of interest
from the public. Not only in general public but also its internal public which are the ones
employed in the organization. Employees who feel good about their company gives out a
positive testimony which spills over external public and boost the company’s reputation.
With the positive reputation Fleure Aromas have, Financial and Government public have
also given its acknowledgement to the company.

one step to give exposure to its product. Being a small company means you’ll be aware with
everything going in the different departments and between your employees which helps in
resolving problems and building the company’s manpower. Fleure Aromas produces good
quality and reliable product which built its good brand reputation and boosted the costumer’s
loyalty. Like any other company and organization, Fleure Aromas have its weaknesses. Being
new to the market is already a weakness since not many people are interested in new brands.
Being a new company, Fleure Aromas is still uncertain on what to do when challenges comes.
Competing with big brand that are shipped internationally is disadvantage for a new product that
is still working on its promotion in their local area.
