Advanced Conjuration

Advanced Conjuration costs 30 points (or 10 if you already have Conjuration).

Advanced Conjuration does not include High Summoning!

Artifacts and creatures created by Advanced Conjuration are more stable than those
created by Conjuration. Non-permanent creations last longer and permanent ones are
more resitant to being banished. So an Advanced Conjured item would be resistant to
Basic Logrus, Pattern or Sorcery, but would still be susceptible to the advanced
versions of any of these powers. This doesn't mean that you can't harm or destroy
an Advanced Conjured artifact with these powers! It just means that they cannot be
'wished' out of existence. The use of Advanced powers will still require some time
and effort to remove their existance, though, so a spell designed to handle a
regular artifact may or may not work on an Advanced artifact.

In addition it allows the creation of artifacts and creatures of greater power than
before. (Some of these powers are taken from the book, the others I've made up). So
you can make items that have up to eight points in any of the usual areas.

Stupendous Vitality (8): Confers a strength beyond that of any natural creature.
Humans with stupendous vitality have their strength raised to above Amber rank, to
somewhere in the attribute auction.

Racing Speed (8): Raises the speed to far faster than Engine Speed. A creature with
racing speed easily outrun any normal vehicle, reaching speeds of over 200 mph for
horses and 150 mph fo rwolves and dogs. At least Chaos level Endurance and Strength
are required to ride a creature with Racing Speed unless in a vehicle form such as
a car.

Outstanding Stamina (8): Not only will the creature never grow tired, they are no
longer hindered by wounds. Only injuries that physically dismember the creature can
impair its efficiency.

Combat Supremacy (8): Items specializing in a particular combat will surpass the
reaction time of an Amberite, reaching into the lower levels of the Attribute
Auction.

Impervious to Damage (8): No natural force or material can damage the item or
creature, nor can it be affected by Magic and lesser Powers.

Destructive Damage (8): Rips through opponents, causing massive damage. Penetrates
any type of armor, including armor "Impervious to Damage".

Able to Cogitate (8): Similar to Able to Speak in Tongues and Voices, but the
creature can plan independently and become quite skilled at a wide variety of
tasks. The item is more clever than a normal human and can learn on its own.

Psychic Awareness (8): In addition to the first three levels of power, a

Psychically Aware device can sense the magical nature of its surroundings and the
objects there. The influence of the major and minor powers will be obvious
(including the nature of the shadow), but tricky spells and creation's purposes
might still be shrouded.

Psychic Void (8): Similar to Psychic Neutral, but the object is almost indetectable
by any means or power. Also confers a high level of psychic resistance. Attacks are
likely to 'absorbed' and come to nothing. Successful attempts to 'turn' the
creation will probably destroy it, rather than change it. Compatible with Psychic
sensitivity up to Detect Danger, but not higher.

Shadow Walk (8): At this level of power, the item doesn't have to seek specific
shadows or items and can begin to look for more general things. (e.g. You don't
have to look for Bob's green mug, but you could instead look for one very similar
to it.) Better at avoiding 'bad' shadows than a creation with Shadow Path.

"Mold" Shadow Rules (8): A more advanced version of Mold Shadow Reality. This power
lets you affect a wider area for a longer time and to greater affect. The longer
the artifact or creature remains in the shadow, the more it can do. As long as the
artifact remains in the shadow, the changes are maintained. But when removed, the
shadow gradually shifts back to its original state.

Reincarnation (8): Unless utterly destroyed, the creature can recover from any
injury. The amount of time depends on the amount of damage.

Expanded Shape Shift (8): Like Limited Shape Shift but the creature can change its
mass by a factor of 10.

Multiple Trump Contact (8): (Note: you need an Advanced Trump Artist's powers to
create an artifact with this power.) The artifact can open and maintain up to two
trump contacts for the user if the contacts are made through the object. The object
can contain up to Named and Numbered Trumps as part of its being.

Variant Power Words (4): The creature can know as many power words as its creator
knows and can very slightly modify the Power Words to greater affect.

Fast Power Words (8): Raises the reaction time of the creature to astounding levels
where Power Words are concerned. For comparison, a creature with this power could
use Power Words about twice as fast as a character with Amber Psyche.

Maintain Spells (8): The item can rack, use and maintain named and numbered spells
(but still can't create the spells). See Rack & Use Spells for limitations on this
power.
