What to Expect
As a full-stack software engineer in Wenture, you are responsible for building sales (e.g. online
configurators), planning (e.g. procurement platforms), and manufacturing (e.g. logistics tools)
applications for web and mobile platforms. This experienced team is front and center of Venture's
mission to accelerate the digitalization of the construction and materials industry globally. We are
looking for highly motivated software engineers to continue creating, developing, and evolving both
Wenture’s internal, as well as customer digitalization projects. Come help us take our products to the
next level!

What You’ll Do:

● Rapid prototyping of web and mobile applications
● Design, code and debug applications and architecture
● Work with a cross-functional team of Analysts, Software Engineers, Product Owners, QA, and
Designers
● You will have a lot of freedom to make choices on your approach and you will be responsible for
the code you create

What You’ll Bring

● Proficient in Javascript, Java, or another object-oriented programming language
● Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts
● Experience writing and shipping customer-facing code
● Willingness to learn new technologies in any area of the stack
● Experience using common design patterns in the software industry
● Strong software engineering skills, excellent interpersonal communication
● High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance
