Instruction:

1. The INCOMING and OUTGOING Drivers will CONDUCT vehicular inspection


of the unit before and after shift base on the following CRITERIA:

2. Driver MUST REPORT any WEAR and TEAR or any small problem of the
vehicle before it becomes BIG and WORSE that may cause the vehicle to
break down and hinder the barangay operation.

3. KEEP the vehicle ALWAYS CLEAN and NEAT before and after used.

4. Proper TURN-OVER of vehicle and keys must be surrendered on the record to


the Desk Officer.

5. LIABILITIES of damage/s incurred on the SHIFT is subject to investigation


replenishment.

6. DESK OFFICER and EXECUTIVE OFFICER of the Barangay Police Force


must see to it that proper inspection and turn over have been conducted
physically.
