    Mr. Ron Stewart

    I am contacting you so that you are aware that our purchase order with BIOMED is delayed.

    This morning I received an email from Mr. Taylor Jones who is the sales manager of BIOMED
    our main supplier of gloves and masks, notifying me that the order we made previously was
    going to have a delay of 15 days, Due to the pandemic we are experiencing, ports and airports
    have been closed.

    Due to this inconvenience, I need you to contact a local supplier to substitute and not run out
    of anything in that time, due to the same situation we are experiencing we cannot run out of
    these supplies.
    Please keep me updated on the situation.
