Dear Madam:

Greetings of peace and joy!

Last November 3, our son - Prince Michael Macandog, puked after he took a bath. He
also cannot move his left arm and leg, so we immediately brought him to the hospital.
Unfortunately, public hospitals did not accept us because they were full. So we don't have a
choice but to admit our child to a private hospital, the Bocaue Specialists Medical Hospital,
since it was an emergency matter.

To make the long story short, based from the Citiscan he has "Obstructive Hydrocephalus
sec. to Intracerebral Hemorrhage, Basal Ganglia, R, with Intraventricular Extension; S/P
emergency/ Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt" and he needs to undergo operation. However, we
cannot continue his operations in the abovementioned hospital due to financial constraints.
We cannot afford the cost in the private hospital so we asked if we can transfer our child to
a public hospital. All of them were full until the Veterans Hospital accepted us.

Right now, the operation of our son was successful and the doctor is continuously
monitoring him. However, we are facing financial problems as our expenses together with
the bill from both hospitals blow up to almost Php 500,000 already wherein Doctors'
Professional Fees are still not included. As per discussed also with his Neuro Surgeon, her
Professional Fee for the surgery made called Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt is Php 150,000.
This amount will undeniably increase as my child is still in the hospital plus the medicines
he needs for his recovery. His Doctors also told us that he will have to undergo an MRI after
two months for them to pinpoint if his disease is Ruptured AV Malformation or Tumor for us
to know the right treatment for him.

In line with this, we are asking your good office to please help us with our medical fees. My
child is a good and sweet son and very responsible to his twin brothers so we will do all that
we can to save his life. That's why we are knocking on your good heart to let us become a
beneficiary of your medical assistance.

You can contact us through this email joelvmacandog@gmail.com or our cellphone number
at 09097797078 and 09304669810.

Thank you so much and we are hoping for your immediate response on this matter. God
bless and stay safe!

Sincerely,
