Anyone who occupies the premises may, by law, be a "tenant" and responsible for rent. See s 1(1)()

The Tenant agrees that no other person(s) will be permitted to occupy or live in the Premises for longer
than one week without the written consent of the Landlord. Any Tenant wishing to have a new person
occupy the premises must have prior approval by the Landlord. Each and every person must fill out an

application form to be processed and approved.

The Tenant agrees that no pets or animals, other than those listed above, will be permitted to occupy
visit or live in the Premises without the written consent of the Landlord. This consent is conditional
