Karl and Leila are friends. Karl lives in London. He’s a flight attendant for an
international airline. It’s a big company, with five thousand employees worldwide.
Leila works in Paris. She works for a big hotel company, with hotels in a lot of
cities in Europe. The company has nine thousand employees. They are both very
busy and they don’t see each other a lot – so they talk on the phone!
