Your Duties & Responsibilities

NOTE: Officers are to sign on site as TSS ONLY!

Store contact will be the store manager.

Please can you make sure your officers book on with your control room and then report back to us.

Uniform:

White Shirt

Black Trousers

Black Safety Shoes

Black Tie

Black Blazer

Can you ensure that all officers are arriving to their shift at least 10 mins before the start time.
Officers who arrive late to a site, maybe turned away and may not be paid.

All officers must inform us a soon as possible to let us know they are going to be late.

I would like officers to take a picture INSIDE of the store when they are on site.

If they are rejected, they must get a name of the store manager who rejected them and let us k now
as soon as possible.

Stay awake and alert at all times during your shift

Conduct all of your Check Calls on time without fail

Keep yourself safe if the work being undertaken involves hazardous materials

Safeguard the people and property on site.


Manage the access of entrances and exit points at all times

If any incidents occur on site contact Control immediately for further advice

Get your pocket notebook countersigned when handing over keys (If applicable)

All contractors should be searched when leaving site, check bags ect.

Patrols of the store and doors must be completed every 30 minutes to ensure they are locked and
secure

You are required to remain on the shop floor at all times.

Contractors are not permitted to remove client property from the site

Report anything

suspicious to Control

Ensure you have all your possessions on you before entering site, including mobile, packed lunch,
security notebook, etc

Check Calls:

Maintaining communication with Control is extremely important when working a refit shift.

Contact must be made at the beginning and end of your shift.
