1.

S/G should be polite and courteous at all times

with visitors, public, staff, students and employees.

2. All security personnel should have valid gatepass,

it should be punch before entry at gate.

3. Before giving entry check valid document or

gatepass.
4. All personnel will be frisk, search their own
baggage & other belonging before leaving the gate.

5. No contract workmen below 18 years of age are

allowed inside the factory.

6. Security Guard must turn up for duty in clean

and proper uniform
7. All beat books having SOPs.
Security guard must ensure at
least once on duty should read
& memorized his duty.

8. S/G should keep his duty

post neat and clean in an
orderly manner.

9. Nobody should be deployed

on duty in alcoholic condition.
10. Bidi, tobacco, cigarette or any
harmful items are not allowed inside
the plant.

11. No one should be allowed to leave

the post without documented reliving.

12. Before handover of the post he will

ensure that all items e.g. Walkie-
talkies,telephones, locks, torch,
visitors’ safety helmet & shoes,
computer, printer etc are available and
in workable condition etc.
13. Security personnel should always
Be vigilant, alert, firm and cordial in
behaviour while performing his
duties.

14. All ensure that no mobile should get

access without its authorized permission.

15. Ensure that no labour should

get access without their Safety
Shoes, gum boot & Safety Helmet.
16. Prior intimation no body should leave duty until arrival
his reliever.
17. Beyond scheduled time no one should allowed for out
gate pass.
18. Any vehicle parked unauthorizely, report should be
passed immediately to control I/c.
19. No vehicle or men unless authorized is allowed to move
near or on boundary wall track.
20.Propmt report of any unusual happening should be given
to control room
21. Gunman shall fire in the air if
he sees any miscreant trying to come
inside or going outside of Plant
22 All outgoing men should be properly
frisked
